PROJECT PLANNING MEETING
You will be involved right from the start of your project. You will meet with one of our business specialists who will thoroughly analyse your business, your goals, and then the project to hand, in light of that information.
Our business specialist will then draw up a Business Requirements Document with you, giving a clear specification for your project, which is an invaluable tool for both you and us. You’ll leave the meeting with a clear plan of what you are paying for, and what you will get, and we can then move forward with the knowledge we need to build the exact product that you require.
PROJECT PRICING AND SCHEDULE
Following our initial meeting, we will then look at your project and cost out every stage of its development. We’ll plan a timeline with milestones, and an expected completion date, while having plenty of room to allow for suggestions and recommendations to improve the outcome of your project.
At this second meeting, you’ll meet the friendly and professional team that will be working on your project, so you know who you’ll be working with.
CONCEPT AND DEVELOPMENT
We won’t take your project forward until you are completely happy with your design. You’ll see our vision for the project and see a design comp and a wire frame before we build anything.
We do this to ensure that we have understood and captured every aspect of your project and met your aims and goals.
Once we have your approval, we will then start coding.
TESTING
At this point, we will be able to demo your product for you and review it against your requirements. We will also still be able to make recommendations and suggestions for improvement.
Once everything is finalised, we will then begin testing.
We have thorough and tested ISO certified processes for testing, as we are an ISO certified business, so you can be sure of a quality product.
PRODUCT RELEASE AND ONGOING SUPPORT
When your product is finally ready to launch, we will deploy the software for you and provide you with full documentation, test results and your source code.
Should you need it, HashTag Consulting Europe OU can also offer maintenance and ongoing support, with development still available to ensure the final product will scale as required.
